This morning around 9 am, Leelu was freed from her suffering, and passed into the next world peaceful, purring, and knowing her mommy and daddy love her so much.

Aw, what a heart-breaker! We haven't had a cat for years but now that one adopted us {kept breaking into the house} I *don't know* what we'll do if something ever happens to our snallest family member, she is such a little friend. I thought & hope there are some other kitties in the household of yours to pet & share the grief with, companion animals know when something's wrong...
ReplyDeleteOur cats are trying, to help but only the older one really has the spirit to do it. Cyrene is so sad she is just laying there and crying around the house for her. It breaks my heart even more than it already is. I cant look anywhere without seeing her face and little kitty body laying around or playing. Im so devestated and I just wish i could go to sleep and wake up and have this all be a bad dream. Ive never loved anyone or anything as much as I love her, and for some cruel reason she was ripped away from me. I will do all i can to spread awareness of FeLV.
